Penerangan CU | Career Information System (CIS) Management describes the competency in performing labour market research to provide employment trend, labour market information and forecast to stakeholders through understanding of labour market interaction demand and supply by managing Career Information Systems as an end user through liaison with an IT Unit/Portal Administrator. A competent person in Career Information System (CIS) Management shall be able to assess current CIS status to identify operation requirement, manage CIS operation and manage CIS reporting. The outcome of this competency is to reliably and timely identify leading labour market indicators which can provide recommendations to reduce unemployment, minimize impact of demand-supply mismatch, reduce skill gap and anticipate future employment trend towards supporting the national economy through managing CIS. |
