An effective teaching and learning could provide learning opportunities for students to analyse, criticize, construct, reflect and evaluate their own learning process. Competent technical lecturer / instructor is expected to be able to deliver theory, applied knowledge (practical) and assess effectively teaching and learning which in line with industry and business needs. |
