A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify design simulation requirements, carry out hydrodynamics simulation, carry out linear and non-linear simulation, carry out stability simulation and carry out design optimisation and adjustment. The outcome of this competency is the ability to determine the improvement and adjustment requirement for the ROV design to meet the purpose of built requirement. |
