Penerangan CU | In-flight Hospitality Standard Auditing describes the competency of performing auditing activities on in-flight hospitality standards. In this area, the auditing consists of auditing key focus areas like the in-flight services delivery, service processes, service equipment, catering supplies and cabin crew performance. A competent person in this CU shall be able to carry out audits on in-flight service delivery, in-flight catering supplies and flight attendant’s standards and performance. The outcome of this competency is to provide assurance of the process effectiveness, controls, service reliability, relevance, operational financial effectiveness, in-flight service delivery safety, improvements, updated and utmost quality of the hospitality and in-flight service delivery and the cabin crew delivering the service to meet the airline objective, industry requirements and the demands of the customers. This competency also ensures conformance and compliancy of the hospitality and in-flight service to the airline standard operating procedures and service guidelines, the standards set by International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the regulations defined by the aviation authority bodies like Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). |
