| Penerangan CU | Hot Rolling Production Budget and Cost Management describes the competency in managing the production budget and cost in order to meet the market demand in a competitive manner whilst ensuring delivery of safe and quality deliveries. To perform this CU, the person is required to demonstrate high degree of analytical, communications, business acumen and leadership skills. A competent person on this CU shall be able to analyse resources and product requirements, set production target, set production budget, review production performance and budget and prepare production management report. The outcome of this CU is to be able to set production and budget targets based on available resources to meet the competitive challenge of imported products into local market demand. |
