A competent person on this CU shall be able to review production process quality and performance, propose budget and improvement justification, develop production process improvement, evaluate production process improvement and compile production process improvement documentation. The outcome of this CU is to be able to initiate and implement production process improvements to meet ROI or Statutory requirements. |
