To perform this CU, the person is required to demonstrate high degree of analytical, communications, business acumen and leadership skills. A competent person on this CU shall be able to develop skills competency matrix, analyse competency gap, propose training requirements, perform staff mentoring, staff promotion and propose disciplinary action. The outcome of this CU is to be able to manage hot rolling production staffs in areas of competencies development, promotion and disciplinary action. |
