A competent person in this CU shall be able to perform steel hot rolling mill production processes improvement, perform product quality improvement, and perform workplace health, safety and environment improvement. The outcome of this competency is the ability to contribute ideas or recommendation and execute them as to improve productivity in line with company’s strategic goals in accordance with SOP and related regulatory body requirements. |
