To perform this CU, the person is required to demonstrate high degree of analytical, communications and leadership skills. A competent person in this CU shall be able to analyse production requirements, plan materials requirements, plan manpower requirements, monitor production set-up, analyse production performance, carry-out corrective action and comply to HSE requirements. The outcome of this CU is to be able to manage the production process activities in ensuring delivery of productive performance with safe and quality deliveries. |
