To perform this CU, the person is required to demonstrate high degree of analytical, communications and leadership skills. A competent person in this CU shall be able to compile equipment lifespan data, analyse production equipment performance, implement production equipment improvement and prepare production equipment improvement report. The outcome of this CU is to be able to manage the equipment improvement (CIP) in ensuring competitive production performance whilst delivering quality product to meet the market requirements. |
