A competent person in this CU shall be able to analyse departmental operational requirements, prepare departmental operational expenditure planning, prepare departmental capital expenditure planning, prepare procurement requirements and obtain operational budget approval. The outcome of this competency is the ability to identify financial requirements for ROV installation & maintenance operation project and also departmental operation and to ensure all procurement is prepared in accordance with organisation financial management Standard Operating Procedure. |
