Penerangan CUHealth, Safety & Hygiene Compliance Inspection describes the competency in monitoring and evaluating cleaning works according to establishment’s safety & hygiene standard and Standard Operating Procedure.

The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to inspect kitchen utensils cleaning & sanitation quality, inspect service wares cleaning & sanitation quality, inspect kitchen areas cleaning & sanitation quality, inspect washing equipment routine maintenance quality, inspect silver equipment polishing quality, inspect buffet equipment setting up & closing quality and inspect waste disposal compliance.

The outcome of this competency is the ability to ensure cleanliness quality and respond timely to issues related to cleaning works in accordance with establishment’s safety & hygiene standard and Standard Operating Procedure.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ensure cleanliness quality and respond timely to issues related to cleaning works in accordance with establishment’s safety & hygiene standard and Standard Operating Procedure. Upon completion of this competency units, trainees will be able to:-

2. Inspect service wares cleaning & sanitation compliance
3. Inspect kitchen areas cleaning & sanitation compliance
4. Inspect washing equipment routine maintenance compliance
