This competency unit outlines work scope of administrative functions as stipulated in establishment’s job descriptions and SOP. . The competent person in this CU shall be able to supervise work place safety & hygiene, monitor job schedule compliance, support HR administration, perform internal communication activities and conduct on job training / coaching. The outcome of this competency is the ability to perform supervisory duties to support operations according to establishment’s requirements and scope of work. |
