Penerangan CU | Outside Catering Service Setting Up & Closing Coordination describes the competency in organising and monitoring setting up & closing of kitchen and buffet equipment for outside catering operations according to Banquet Event Order (BEO) and establishment’s Standard Operating Procedure. The competent person in this CU shall be able to participate in outside catering service site visit, coordinate stewarding operating equipment preparation, supervise stewarding operating equipment setting up, supervise outside catering service closing work and supervise work area & equipment housekeeping. The outcome of this competency is the ability to supervise and handle setting up & closing of kitchen and buffet equipment for outside catering service operations according to Banquet Event Order (BEO) and establishment’s Standard Operating Procedure. |
