| Penerangan CU | HSE Management describes the competency in managing HSE at worksite; ensuring the job being executed safely in compliance to all HSE requirements. To perform this competency unit, the person is required to demonstrate high degree of intolerance towards noncompliance and leadership skills. A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to conduct safety walkabout, highlight issues in HSE committee meeting, participate in HSE incident investigation and prepare safety report. The outcome of this competency unit is to be able to manage worksite safe work practices and in compliance with the Statutory requirements and Company’s HSE policies. |
