To perform this competency unit, the person is required to demonstrate high degree of understanding in jobs competencies requirements. A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to conduct staff technical performance assessment, prepare Training Needs Analysis (TNA), identify training method, evaluate external training content and prepare training plan report. The outcome of this competency unit is to be able to manage staff’s competency gap through formal or in-formal training. |
