The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to check risk assessment report, prepare atmospheric operations work area, isolate atmospheric operations work area, isolate potential energy (Lock Out Tag Out) and conduct tools box briefing. The outcome of this competency is to ensure measurable results during preparation of the sites as per work requirement while continuously improving safety, health and environmental performance throughout site or plant. |
