It's important because every document should be kept and organized according to type, version, date and so on. A competent person in this CU shall be able to assess maintenance documentation control requirements, organize maintenance documentation information, carry out maintenance documentation filing, administer maintenance documentation changes and prepare maintenance documentation control report. The outcome of this competency is the ability to manage all the maintenance documentation systematically in compliance with Company SOP and regulatory body requirements. |
