| Penerangan CU | Plastics Product In-Process Line Inspection describes the competency in recording operational data and inspecting product and process specification. The process is required to ensure that the production process is in accordance with determined product and process specifications. A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify in-process line inspection requirements, carry out machine operation data recording, carry out product specification inspection, carry out production process inspection and prepare in-process line inspection report. The outcome of this competency is the ability to carry out inspection activities in the in-process line to ensure the material specification, machine operation and production issues confirmed and reported in accordance with determined specifications and comply with customers’ requirements. |
