| Penerangan CU | Quality Assurance Process Improvement describes the competency in developing and implementing process improvement strategy and policy. The process is crucial for the company to ensure the company can maintain their product quality control. A competent person in this CU shall be able to develop process improvement strategy and policy, prepare quality process improvement planning, carry out quality process improvement implementation, carry out quality process monitoring and measurement and prepare quality assurance improvement report. The outcome of this competency is the ability to plan and implement quality management improvement programme as per company’s quality assurance policy. |
