The person who is competent in Industrial automation engineering systems support supervision will be able to perform Industrial Automation Engineering Support Service routine briefing, perform subordinate performance appraisal exercise, perform Industrial Automation Engineering support service unit performance measurement, perform unit work area housekeeping resources allocation and monitor unit work area housekeeping activities in accordance with company policies regulation. The outcome of this CU is to provide supportive supervision to his/her superior to improve and sustain the performance and satisfaction of their organization mission with targeted output, minimize risks, conducting briefing, assisting in appraisal, monitoring housekeeping activities, and generating report for briefing, appraisal and housekeeping activities is in accordance with company policies regulation. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency is to provide support to his/her superior by conducting briefing, assisting in appraisal, monitoring housekeeping activities, and generating report for briefing, appraisal and housekeeping activities in accordance with the regulatory compliance. Upon completion of this competency unit trainees will be able to: 1. Perform Industrial Automation Engineering Support Service routine briefing. 2. Perform subordinate performance appraisal exercise 3. Perform Industrial Automation Engineering support service unit performance measurement. 4.
