Penerangan CU | Children Care Centre Human Resources Management describes the competency in conducting job analysis, planning staff needs, recruitment, orienting and training, verifying wages record, evaluating performance and resolving disciplinary issues. A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify care centre operational requirements, coordinate staff recruitment, verify staff performance appraisal, verify staff remuneration payment, handle staff welfare and disciplinary issues and coordinate staff training & development program. The outcome of this competency is to ensure smooth operation of centre and efficient operational process resulting from competent manpower. |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure business operations are efficient in terms of utilising resources and maximising revenue. Manage child registration activities. 5. Perform care centre security management. 6. Verify care centre administration activities. |
