Penerangan CUChildren Care Centre Case Management describes the competency in handling various issues and crisis which happened in the centre. The case management competency requires the personnel to apply a good intervention skills such as counselling, mediating, motivating, facilitating, communicating and advocating.



The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify care centre issues, plan intervention activities, execute intervention activities and evaluate intervention effectiveness.

The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the identified issues is solved and/or coordinated to relevant parties based on care centre Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Objektif PembelajaranThe outcome of this competency unit is to ensure business operations are efficient in terms of utilising resources and maximising revenue.

Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees shall be able to:
1. Perform business/ association incorporation.
2. Administer company’s assets.
3. Administer legal affairs matters.
4. Manage child registration activities.
5. Perform care centre security management.
6. Verify care centre administration activities.
