| Penerangan CU | Community Case Management describes the competencies required to work with communities with similar issues or needs to develop support systems to improve the psycho-social well-being of the community. Social Workers typically use community organizational methods to mobilize individuals, groups and organizations to identify and develop resources within the community to address issues or to meet their needs. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform community engagement, perform community case assessment, perform intervention planning, execute community project/ program/ work and perform project/ program/ work evaluation and termination. The outcome of this CU is to achieve results that lead to increased community functionality and wellbeing. |
