| Penerangan CU | Bicycle suspension system provides improved control, traction and comfort for on-road and off-road ride such as rooty, rocky single track or potholed roads. Bicycle Suspension System Repair and Tuning is a competency in performing repair and restoration of bicycle suspension as well as tune the suspension to suit riding condition. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare bicycle suspension system repair and tuning tools and equipment, determine suspension system and tuning problem, carry out air spring suspension repair and tuning, carry out coil spring suspension repair and tuning, carry out suspension final inspection and carry out work area housekeeping. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that bicycle suspension system is well fixed and tuned in accordance with manufacturer’s specification; customer’s riding requirements, and company standard operating procedure. |
