The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) improvement programme, coordinate Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) improvement project contract document preparation, manage Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) improvement project tender activities, manage Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) improvement project and review improvement project performance.
