The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to develop Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) manpower, manage Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) asset, manage Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) operation budget, manage Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) lab operation and liaise with related Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) operation stakeholders. The outcome of this competency is to ensure Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) operation is managed by competent staff, assets and resources are managed within the capacity of operating expenses and manpower development is properly managed in compliance with relevant legislation, standard and guideline. |
