| Penerangan CU | NRW commercial loss investigation is an activity to investigate theft or metering inaccuracies in water system within District Metering Area (DMA). The investigation is more on fraud that been done by consumer and cause the water operator loss in billing income. The person who is competent in NRW commercial loss investigation shall be able to check BNC and flat area record, investigate suspicious water meter and investigate illegal connection The outcome of this competency is to ensure the illegal water tapping or metering inaccuracies in water system within District Metering Area (DMA) can be detected and action can be taken under Water Services Industry Act (WASIA) 655. The personnel who will be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- -none |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to investigate suspicious water meter and illegal connection of water pipeline so that the action can be taken under Water Services Industry Act (WSIA) 655.
