| Penerangan CU | A custom bike is built with full control, from the frame up according to rider / customer requirement. These decisions revolve around aspects such as frame geometry, ride characteristics and qualities, functional and aesthetic features and accessory choices. New Custom Bicycle Assembly describes the competency in carrying out assembly of new customized bicycle. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare bicycle, tools, equipment and working area, carry out frame assembly, carry out fork assembly, carry out initial cock pit assembly, carry out wheel assembly, carry out group set assembly, carry out new bicycle tuning, carry out new bicycle inspection and ends up with carry out work area housekeeping. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that new custom bicycle is assembled properly and effectively in accordance with customer’s requirements, manufacturer’s specification, and company standard operating procedure. |
