Analysis, evaluate hazards and plan mitigation procedure consist of appropriate responses to reduce the likelihood of an injury, illness, fatality, or control harm from happening to human and the environment. A person is competent in this CU shall be able to identify potential risk, hazard & causal factors, analyse risk and hazard possibilities and prepare risk assessment document The outcome of this CU is to identify and analyse potential risk, hazard & causal factors and subsequently preparing risk assessment plan documents in accordance with specific location requirements |
