Penerangan CU | Stewarding Staff Development is the administration of stewarding personnel growth and welfare in accordance with establishment’s human resource policy. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify staff development requirements, manage manpower requisition, produce department training plan, coordinate actual training, evaluate staff performance, and develop departmental succession plan. The outcome of this competency is the ability to manage personnel growth and achievements in order to reduce high turnover of staff by creating productive working environment in accordance with establishment’s human resource policy. |
