Penerangan CU | Outside Catering Service (OCS) Operation Control describes the competency in supervising the setting up & closing of operating equipment for outside catering operations according to Banquet Event Order (BEO) and establishment’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The competent person in this CU shall be able to inspect OCS site, manage stewarding operating equipment preparation, manage OCS opening and closing activities, and produce outside catering service activities report. The outcome of this competency is the ability to control and handle setting up, clearing & storing of operating equipment for outside catering service operations in accordance with BEO and establishment’s SOP. |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency unit is the ability to control and handle setting up, clearing & storing of operating equipment for outside catering service operations in accordance with BEO and establishment’s SOP.
