| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation Project Installation Troubleshooting is carried out in order to determine the condition of the instruments and escalate the malfunctioning or defective instrument problem to the vendor. The person who is competent in Instrumentation Project Installation Troubleshooting shall be able to carry out study of malfunctioning/defective instrument details, perform risk assessment, prepare troubleshooting requirements, identify causes of malfunctioning/ defective instrument, escalate Defect Report, perform functionality test and prepare troubleshooting report according to organisation standard operating procedures. The outcome of this competency is the troubleshooting and implementation of instrumentation installation according to project requirements and systematic problem solving methods. |
