| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation Project Quality Control involves activities conducted after each installation and based on the QAS (Quality Assurance System) in order to ensure the validity of the instruments and instrument installation is according to procedures and project requirements. The person who is competent in Instrumentation Project Quality Control shall be able to verify completion of instrumentation installation checklist, verify Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) status, coordinate project punch list completion, check tools and equipment calibration validity, conduct Request For Inspection (RFI) and produce Final Acceptance report according to organisation standard format and operating procedures. The outcome of this competency is the completion and documentation of instrumentation installation and Final Acceptance testing according to Quality Assurance System (QAS) requirements and procedures. |
