It is a continuous monitoring of the cost spending against the project plan. The person who is competent in Mechanical Construction Project Cost Control Management shall be able to prepare contract agreement and project document, compare actual schedule (progress) and cost again activity plan, analyse project progress and cost gap, monitor project performance and coordinate project management meeting. The outcome of this competency is control of cost spending in the oil & gas mechanical construction project managed effectively and transparently according to project requirements and contract agreement. |
