A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify robotic system calibration requirements, carry out zero position calibration, carry out end effector payload data loading, carry out Tool Centre Point (TCP) calibration, carry out robot reference point calibration and prepare robotic system calibration report. The outcome of this competency is the ability to ensure the equipment calibration status is valid and the equipment is functioning according to the specification. |
