| Penerangan CU | Cutting Process Quality Inspection describes the competencies required to inspect quality of cut panels/ piece and the cutting process. The objective is to ensure cutting process employed correct procedure and method so the cut panel are produced as per specification and met quality standard requirements. The person who is competent in this competency unit (CU) shall be able to comprehend cut panel inspection procedure, type of defects, root cause of defects, quality standards requirements, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and company policies. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare documents and tools for cutting process quality inspection, carry out marker/ paper pattern component checking, monitor spreading process and carry out finished/ completed cut panel inspection. The outcome of this competency is to ensure finished/ completed cut panels/ piece complied technical specification, quantity and quality standards as per marker/ paper pattern, apparel specification and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). |
