| Penerangan CU | Stewarding Operational Budgeting describes the competency in managing approved allocation as to maintain the continuity of business operation, and the distribution of allocations is done in the most cost-efficient manner. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse budgetary information and documents, prepare budget planning, control operating budget and evaluate operational budgeting accuracy and efficiency. The outcome of this competency is to develop realistic and effective budget plan in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policy. |
