Penerangan CUStewarding Managerial Functions is the competency involving the elements of planning, organising, leading, motivating and controlling which influence operative functions.

The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse stock take findings , manage materials utilisation, manage equipment utilisation, manage assets maintenance requirements, manage assets disposal, manage regulatory bodies requirements compliance, manage meetings and discussions, manage ad-hoc project, manage customer service and manage waste management.


The outcome of this competency is the ability to plan, organise, lead and control management function in line with company’s strategic planning and performance target.
