| Penerangan CU | Quality Control Calibration Process Coordination competency unit specifies the competency required in organizing and ensuring QC machine/equipment tools being calibrated as per schedule or when required. The condition and precision of the machine/tools as per specification are very important in inspection activities in order to get quality product in accordance with customer/buyer approved sample and apparel specification. The person who is competent in this competency unit (CU) shall be able to comprehend quality standards, machine/equipment/tools manual, Non-Conformance and regulations and requirements in quality inspection, calibration procedure and method, Standard Operating Procedure and company policies. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan quality control (QC) calibration process, coordinate calibration process, verify calibrated machine/equipment/tools, and propose calibration improvement plan. The outcome of this competency is to ensure all QC machines/equipment/ tools are calibrated in order to have precise and accurate inspection results according to customer/buyer specification/ customer quality requirements. |
