| Penerangan CU | Apparel Sample Development Inspection competency unit specifies the competency required in inspecting sample of apparel or also called as development sample or any category of sample instructed by superior according to customer/buyer requirements. The person who is competent in this competency unit (CU) shall be able to comprehend quality standards, customer/buyer requirements, Non-Conformance and regulations and requirements in quality certification, sample inspection procedure and method, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and company policies. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to study sample specification, perform sample development quality inspection, troubleshoot quality and safety issues and report sample development quality inspection status. The outcome of this competency is to ensure technical compliances and quality of sample are complied in all aspects in order to obtain approval from customer/buyer as underlined in the customer/buyer specification/ customer quality requirements. |
