| Penerangan CU | Quality Control Process Certification Audit Coordination competency unit specifies the competency required to coordinate certification audit process by external authorised personnel/customer/buyer. The person who is competent in this competency unit (CU) shall be able to comprehend quality standards, customer/ customer/buyer requirements, regulations and requirements in quality certification, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and company policies. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare certification audit requirements, coordinate process certification audit, conduct audit review and perform continuous improvement programme. The outcome of this competency is to ensure technical and quality procedures in the company complied with all auditor/buyer requirements in order to obtain certification from auditor/buyer as underlined in the buyer specification / customer quality requirements. |
