| Penerangan CU | Quality Control Inspection Process Coordination competency unit specifies the competency required to coordinate daily activities of quality control personnel in accordance with quality inspection planning, regulatory/ statutory body’s requirements, customer/buyer specifications and expectations, quality standards and company Standard Operation Procedure (SOP). The person who is competent in production administration should be able to comprehend customer/buyer specifications, interpersonal skills, quality inspection planning, production line balancing, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and company policy. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan quality inspection work schedule, monitor workplace health, safety, and environmental practices and standards compliance, coordinate quality meeting and monitor production quality. The outcome of this competency is to ensure quality control inspection processes are coordinated systematically and efficiently in order to achieve quality target and maximise company performance as per company plan. |
