| Penerangan CU | Quality Inspection Team Supervision competency unit specifies the competency required to supervise personnel who are responsible in quality control in accordance with human resources guidelines, labour law and company policy. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to comprehend quality standards requirements, interpersonal skills, human resources guidelines, labour law, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and company policy. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to conduct quality briefing, monitor subordinate disciplines, monitor subordinate job performance, perform performance appraisal and organise training programme. The outcome of this competency is to ensure quality inspection team performances are monitored and supervised efficiently in order to achieve target in ensuring quality products as well as maximise company performance as per company plan. |
