| Penerangan CU | A fit sample is a sample produced by the apparel manufacturer so that the buyer can review the apparel to make certain it fits properly. The primary function of a fit sample is to evaluate fit. This stage of apparel sampling is proceeded only upon buyer’s order The assistant merchandising personnel is responsible for coordinating and tracking the making of the fit sample until buyer’s approval is obtained. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to determine apparel fit sample making coordination activities and timeline, follow up on revised paper pattern making and material supply and delivery status, coordinate fabric and cut piece cutting and embellishment making, follow up on fit sample sewing, arrange fit sample submission to buyer for approval and coordinate fit sample changes based on buyer’s comments. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the apparel fit sample is developed according to schedule and buyer’s requirements. |
