| Penerangan CU | Sample development is very important in apparel industry because buyers place orders after reviewing the quality of the samples. They also require different types of samples after placing the orders. In order to deliver these samples on time and in compliance with buyer’s requirements, merchandisers have to prepare a systematic time & action calendar for the various stages. Planning also include sourcing for fabric and trim and accessories suppliers that can deliver these materials accordingly. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to determine buyer’s requirements as per Tech Pack, plan timeline and action calendar, issue sample request form, conduct sample development meeting and source and coordinate material development, The outcome of this competency is to ensure samples are developed according to buyer’s requirements and deadline. |
