| Penerangan CU | Merchandising personnel supervision describes the competencies required to perform supervisory work such as work delegation, performance monitoring, coaching to improve work quality as well as performance appraisal. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to delegate subordinates’ work tasks, monitor subordinates’ work performance, appraise subordinates’ performance and organise subordinates’ development programmes. The outcome of this competency is to ensure all work tasks are efficiently and effectively performed by competent workforce. |
