The person who is competent in Fertilizer Production Operation Coordination shall be able coordinate compound fertilizer production plan, coordinate machinery & equipment preparation, control raw materials, coordinate compound fertilizer production process, coordinate manpower requirements andproduce fertilizer production operation report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the objective of production target is achieved and production runs smoothly in accordance with SOP and customer requirements. |
