| Penerangan CU | Fertilizer Production Process Control is an on-going process in ensuring the administering of fertilizer production process is predictable, stable, and consistently operating at the target level of performance with only normal variation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to monitor raw material variance control during change over, monitor product nutrient content in-line process analysis, coordinate process unplanned shutdown control, coordinate planned, routine and annual process shutdown control and report compound fertilizer production program control activities The outcome of this competency is to efficiently keep operations running within specified formulation and tonnage limits in order to maximize profitability, ensure quality and safety. |
