| Penerangan CU | Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant Administrative Functions describes the competencies required in supervising level 2 technicians/ operators in the daily operation of Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) facility including engaging and handling their professional development. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) staff work schedule, carry out Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) briefing session, coordinate Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) staff welfare, monitor Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) staff performance monitoring and conduct Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) staff training. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the plant inventory, production control scheduling, logistics and quality procedures comply with organisation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |
